摘要
目的:改进胃舒止痛片中原阿片碱的含量测定方法。方法:将其质量标准中〔含量测定〕项下供试品溶液的制备中"加浓氨试液2 mL"改为"1 mL",提取时间"放置过夜,超声处理30 min"改为"超声处理30 min"。结果:平均回收率为99.79%(n=6),RSD为0.1%。结论:本法简便、准确、可行。
Objective： To improve the test method on assay in Weishu Zhitong Pills. Methods： Change ＂add 2 mL of ammonia＂ for ＂1 mL＂ and change ＂lay all night, than deal with ultrasonic for 30 rain ＂for ＂deal with ultrasonic for 30 min ＂under assay preparation. Results ： The average recovery rate（ n = 6） was 99. 79% with RSD 0. 1%. Conclusion ： The method was convenient, accurate, simple and feasible.
