弥漫性轴索损伤预后相关因素研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 弥漫性轴索损伤(diffuse axonal injury,DAI)是一种以神经元轴索肿胀、断裂和轴索球形成为主要病理特征的特殊类型颅脑损伤。DAI导致患者严重的神经功能缺陷和神经心理学障碍,但目前对DAI仍缺乏特异性治疗措施^[1]。因此,对DAI预后影响因素进行分析显得尤为重要。
