摘要
目的确保科研经费合理、高效地使用。方法通过对中国食品药品检定研究院科研经费管理现状及其存在的问题进行分析,对如何加强科研经费管理,完善科研经费监督机制提出相应建议。结果与结论应加强对科研经费管理的认识,提高课题经费编制的科学合理性,加强预算执行的监督和管理。
Objective To ensure rational and efficient use of research fund.Methods Analyzing the status and questions of research fund management in NIFDC.Proposing how to strengthen the research fund management and improve the supervision mechanism of research fund.Results and Conclusion It should enhance understanding of research fund management,improve the scientific and rational preparation of research funds and strengthen supervision and management of budget implementation.
