摘要
提出了降低地区主网有功损耗的有效手段及主网节能潜力评估方法,主要涉及重载线路导线优化更换、主变压器经济运行、负荷分布优化、电厂优化调度和无功优化配置5个方面,并给出了制订地区主网节能规划的思路。结合某市实际电网,进行了一系列的潮流计算与无功优化计算,评估了各种节能手段的潜力,据此制订了相应的节能规划,算例表明所提方法具有较好的主网节能降耗效果.
In this paper, several effective means of reducing the active power loss and a method to evaluate the energy-saving potential are proposed for regional main power grid. The investigation mainly involves the optimal re- placement of heavy transmission hines, the economic operation of the main transformer, the load distribution optimi- zation, the optimal dispatching of power plants and the reactive power optimization. Then, a general idea of energy- saving planning is presented, and a case study is performed on an actual regional main power grid to evaluate the energy-saving potential according to a series of flow and reactive power optimization calculation. Finally, a relevant energy-saving planning is worked out and its energy-saving effectiveness is verified.
