摘要
我们对纳米氧化镁微晶的系列样品进行了差热分析 ( DTA)、红外 ( FT- IR)测量以及 X射线衍射( XRD)分析研究 .结合所获得的晶粒度和 XRD微结构参数 ,我们发现 :纳米晶氧化镁的晶粒组元中存在晶格膨胀 ;纳米氧化镁晶粒随着温度的升高而长大 ,且其微结构呈现出明显的变化 ,其晶格畸变与晶粒尺寸有关 .
We conducted an investigation into nanocrystalline magnesium oxide samples by DTA (Differential Thermal Analysis) measurement, IR (Infrared spectrum) experiment and XRD (X\|ray Diffraction analysis. From the obtained grain size and XRD microstructural parameter, we found some patterns as follows: there exists expansion of crystal lattice in crystalline grain component of nanostructured magnesium oxide; with increasing temperature the grain grows and occurs distinct change in microstructure of nanocrystaline magnesium oxide. The distortion of crystal lattice has relative correlation with the grain size.
