摘要
目的通过对口腔内即刻排牙法与传统排牙法进行临床对比观察,为临床选择排牙法提供理论依据。方法对260例患者随机分组,分别采用口内即刻排牙法(160例)和传统排牙法(100例)进行义齿修复治疗。义齿戴用3个月后,对患者进行满意度调查。结果两种方法满意的差异程度有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论口内即刻排牙法和传统排牙法都能被患者所接受,但口内即刻排牙法更容易满足患者的要求。
Objective To compare the clinical effects between the oral cavity immediate tooth arrangement and conventional tooth arrangement method to provide theoretic support for clinical pactice.Clinical satisfaction was surveyed after the patients wearing their dentures three months.Methods 260 patients were randomized by the oral cavity immediate tooth arrangement（160 cases） and conventional tooth arrangement method（100 cases） denture treatment.Results There was significantly difference in the satisfaction degree of two methods.（P0.01）.Conclusion Two metheds can be accepted by patients,but the patients was satisfied with the oral cavity immediate tooth.
