支架半释放技术辅助微弹簧圈栓塞在颅内宽颈动脉瘤患者中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 颅内动脉瘤破裂是蛛网膜下腔出血最常见的原因,动脉瘤栓塞术已成为治疗的重要手段,在栓塞宽颈动脉瘤过程中,弹簧圈容易移位或逃逸出瘤腔,导致严重后果。血管内支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞是宽颈动脉瘤的有效治疗技术,目前释放支架和微导管到位次序一般有两种.
