摘要 目的探讨低剂量阿司匹林对冻融胚胎移植周期的影响。方法对231个行冻融胚胎移植的周期进行回顾性分析。按是否服用阿司匹林分为2组,对两组移植日子宫内膜厚度、类型及移植胚胎数进行统计,比较分析2组的胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率及流产率。结果 2组患者在子宫内膜厚度、移植胚胎数及流产率均无显著性差异;服用阿司匹林组的子宫内膜中A型内膜所占比例、胚胎种植率及临床妊娠率明显高于未服用组(P<0.05)。结论在冻融胚胎移植周期准备子宫内膜时,加服低剂量阿司匹林,可有助于改善子宫内膜形态,从而有效地提高胚胎种植率,增加患者的妊娠率。 Objective To explore the effect of low - dose aspirin on transplant circle of the frozen embryo. Method To review and analyze transplant circles of 231 freeze - thaw embryos. They were divided into two groups based on whether aspirin was taken or not. Through statistics of thickness and types of transplanted endometrium and the number of transplanted embryos, embryo implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate of the two groups are compared analyzed. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in endometrial thickness, number of transplanted embryos and abortion rate; but the rate occupied by A type, embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate in endometriums of people who took aspirin was significantly higher than those who did not take aspirin ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion When preparing endometrium during transplant circle of frozen - thawed embryo, adding low - dose aspirin can help to improve the form of endometrium, so it can effectively improve implantation rate of an embryo and pregnancy rate of a patient.
