含血栓的曲张大隐静脉管壁滋养血管分布与定量研究 被引量:2

Assessment of vasa vasorums in varicose vein wall with thrombus

摘要 目的探讨含血栓的曲张大隐静脉血管壁滋养血管增生情况。方法收集含血栓的曲张大隐静脉管壁标本11份(血栓组),单纯曲张大隐静脉管壁标本11份(曲张组),另设正常大隐静脉管壁标本8份作为对照(对照组)。Masson染色观察3组血管壁中滋养血管的分布与密度。结果血栓组血管壁外膜滋养血管明显增多,呈簇状聚集;中膜呈线性增多;内膜见散在的滋养血管,部分被血栓破坏断裂的内膜中滋养血管呈增多现象。与曲张组、对照组比较,血栓组静脉管壁全层滋养血管数量增加,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组内外膜与中膜、内膜比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05),中膜与内膜比较差异无统计学意义。结论静脉高压和缺氧是导致静脉血栓形成的启动因素,静脉血栓形成可能会加重血管壁滋养血管的重塑。 Objective To investigate the proliferation status of vasa vasorums in vascular wall of great saphenous varicose vein with thrombus. Methods Specimens were collected as follows: 11 case were varicose vein alone, 11 were varicose vein with thrombus, and 8 were normal vein as contrast. Masson staining was applied to observe the distribution and density of vasa vasorums among the three groups. Results In thrombus group, vasa vasorums were clustered together on adventitia, linearly increased on media, and scattering appeared on intima, while increased on partial intima ruptured by thrombus. It was found that the amount of vasa vasorums in all three layers of varicose veins with thrombus was larger, comparing with varicose or control group. There were significances between groups, as well as adventitia, media and intima. No significance was observed between intima and media. Conclusions Hypertension and hypoxia is a starting factor causing venous thrombosis. Venous thrombosis may aggravate remodeling of vasa vasorums in venous wall.
