摘要
为了提高机组的降温性能,根据高压喷雾与滴淋填料相结合的三级直接蒸发冷却空调机组的过程原理,以蒸发冷却理论与传热传质机理为基础,分别从空气侧、水侧两大方面对该机组降温性能的影响进行了初步分析,进而得出迎面风速、横断面上气流分布均匀度、淋水密度、水温、水气比以及填料性能和高压喷雾的结构对该机组降温性能的影响关系;并相应对高压喷雾与滴淋填料相结合的机组提出了改进的措施。该研究结果有助于对高压喷雾与滴淋填料相结合的机组设计及性能分析。
In order to make the cooling performance of unit improved, the paper based on the Process Principles Theory of a three-stage direct evaporative cooling units combined high-pressure spray and Rain drops. According to the theory of evaporative cooling and heat & mass transfer mechanism, the factor of influencing the cooling performance in this unit has been discussed. Respectively, the air side and water side of the two major cooling performance of the unit are conducted by a preliminary analysis. Then get the factors including face velocity, air distribution on the cross-sectional uniformity, sprinkling density, water temperature, water and gas ratio and properties and the structure of high-pressure spray. The measure of improving the multi-stage direct evaporative cooling units combined has been suggested. In a word, this conclusion is conducive to the design and performance analysis of high-pressure spray and Rain drops.
