摘要 目的探讨男性尿液斑前列腺特异抗原(PSA)检测在法医学实践中的应用。方法收集42例健康成年男性尿液,以化学发光法定量检测PSA水平,取其中10例已知PSA浓度的尿液样本在不同织物上制作的尿斑,检测PSA水平计算提取率。结果健康成年男性尿液中含有较高水平的PSA,平均浓度为(227.13±361.25)ng/mL,尿液PSA个体间的差异较大;不同织物材料和提取溶液间PSA的提取率存在明显差异(P<0.01);延长提取时间对纯棉材料PSA的提取率有明显影响(P<0.01),对涤棉和涤纶材料提取率的影响不明显(P>0.05)。结论成年男性尿液内含有高浓度的PSA,尿液斑PSA的提取率与织物材料、提取溶液及提取时间有关。 Objective To investigate the forensic implication of prostate specific antigen (PSA)in male urine and urine stain. Methods Healthy adult male urine was detected and the concentration of PSA was determined by using chemiluminescent immunoassay. Urine stains in different textile were made in 10 out of the samples, and the concentration of PSA was tested to obtain the extraction efficiency. Results Healthy male urine had a high concentration of PSA(227.13±361. 25 )ng/mL,but the individual difference was considerable. The extraction efficiency in different textile displayed a marked difference(P〈0.01). The extraction efficiency in pure cotton was increased by prolonged extraction time(P〈0. 01), while it was not remarkable in polyester cotton blended fabric and terylene(P〉0.05). Conclusion Healthy adult male urine has a high concentration of PSA,and the extraction efficiency is related with the textile,solution and extraction time.
