摘要
目的观察临床应用坦度螺酮与氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗肠易激综合征的临床效果。方法按用药方法的不同将我院收治的肠易激综合征患者分为坦度螺酮组和氟哌噻吨美利曲辛组,两组患者均给予4周的治疗。观察两组患者治疗前、治疗2周后、治疗4周后主要躯体症状及情绪状态的变化情况,并应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组患者的焦虑、抑郁状况进行对比分析。结果坦度螺酮组的总有效率略高于氟哌噻吨美利曲辛组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周后,两组SAS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05);氟哌噻吨美利曲辛组SDS评分明显降低(P<0.05),而坦度螺酮组降低不明显(P>0.05)。治疗4周后坦度螺酮组患者SAS评分较治疗前进一步降低(P<0.01),而SDS评分也明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);氟哌噻吨美利曲辛组SAS、SDS评分均进一步降低(P均<0.01)。坦度螺酮组SAS评分降低更为明显(P<0.05),而氟哌噻吨美利曲辛组SDS评分降低更为明显(P<0.01)。结论坦度螺酮与氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗肠易激综合征均能取得较好的疗效,应根据患者不同的情绪状态进行合理治疗。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） treated with Tandospirone or Flupentixol and Melitracen.METHODS According to the different method of drug use,irritable bowel syndrome patients of our hospital were divided into Tandospirone group and Flupentixol and Melitracen group,patients of the two groups were given four weeks treatment.Watch the change of the main body symptoms and mood of the two groups,and analyzed the anxiety and depression of the two groups with SAS and SDS.RESULTS The total effective rate of the Tandospirone group was higher than Flupentixol and Melitracen group,but the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.After treated two weeks,the SAS score of the two groups were all reduced significantly;the SDS score of the Flupentixol and Melitracen group was reduced significantly（P0.05）,and Tandospirone group reduced not obvious（P0.05）.After treated four weeks,the SAS score of the Tandospirone group was Further reduced（P0.01）,and the SDS score of the Tandospirone group was reduced clearly（P0.05）;the SAS and SDS score of the Flupentixol and Melitracen group were all Further reduced（P0.01）.The SAS score of the Tandospirone group reduced more apparent,and the SDS score of the Flupentixol and Melitracen group reduced more apparent.CONCLUSION The Curative effect of Irritable bowel syndrome treating with Tandospirone or Flupentixol and Melitracen were all better,and according to patients with different emotional state on the reasonable treatment.
