摘要
通过浓硫酸对白刺种子进行不同时间的处理,研究发现,处理时间在15 min内,白刺种子的发芽率和发芽势随着处理时间的延长而有所升高,但超过15 min,明显下降。发芽高峰出现的时间随处理时间的增加而有所提前,白刺种子最佳的处理时间为15 min。
Nitraria tangutorum seed were treated by 98% sulfuric acid in different time. The results indicated that germination percentage and germinating energy of Nitraria tangutorum seed increased with the treatment time going within 15 minutes, but decreased obviously when the time was more than 15 minutes. Germinating energy was ahead of time with the treament time increased. In general, the best treatment time ofNitraria tangutorum seed was 15 minutes.
