摘要 分析了餐厨垃圾中的含油污水分离技术的现状,并根据主要特点将其分为物理分离、化学分离、物理化学分离和生物化学分离。研究了这4种分离技术的原理和优缺点,并展望了发展趋势。 The status of separation technology for wastewater containing oil from food waste was analyzed. And they were divided into physical separation, chemical separation, physicochenfical separation and biochemical separation based on their main features. The principles, merits and drawbacks of 4 kinds of the separation technology were researched. And the development trend of the technologies was proposed.
