摘要
分析前质量管理是保证检验质量的前提。标本的采集具有较隐蔽、影响因素复杂、不受检验人员控制等特点,是临床检验系统质量管理中最薄弱的环节。提高各级人员专业水平和质量管理意识,建立标准操作规程,建立健全各项规章制度,加强检验与临床、护理的沟通,实施实验室全面系统质量管理,是高质量、高速度完成检验工作的有力保证。
The quality management before the clinical test and analysis is a predisposing condition for quality assurance.The specimen collection,which involves such characteristics as concealment,complex factors and difficulty of controlling,is the weakest aspect of quality management in clinical testing system.Enhancing the professional ability and the quality management sense of all the staff members,establishing standard operating procedures,workong out various rules and regulations,improving communications between the testing and clinical care,and implementing a comprehensive laboratory quality management system are powerful and efective measures for the completion of the laboratory work with high quality and at high speed.
