摘要研究认为,C-myc基因在细胞增殖分化的调控中起关键作用,而其调控的下游靶基因Mina53(myc-induced nuclear an-tigen with a molecular mass of 53 kDa)为近年新发现的基因。研究显示Mina53的异常表达与恶性肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。现将Mina53在肿瘤中的研究进展综述如下。
