摘要 采用浸没式平板膜生物反应器对钞票纸废水处理进行了中试研究。实验表明,出水CODcr、NH3-N、BOD5平均去除率达85%、84%和95%。系统温度为系统运行的关键因素,在20oC以上膜运行稳定,出水稳定达标,系统最佳膜通量在0.4m3/m2.d。低于15oC时出水波动较大,膜污堵较快,通量需调整在0.2m3/m2.d及以下运行。 This paper researches the pilot plant test on bank paper wastewater treatment with immersed flat MBR.It shows that the average removal rates of effluent CODcr,NH3-N and BOD5 reach 85%,84%and 95%.Temperature is the key factor for the system running,and when it's kept above 20 o C,the membrane runs stably,the effluence appears to be stable and reach the standard while the best membrane flux of the system keeps at 0.4 m 3 /m 2.d;Also,when the temperature is kept below 15 o C,the effluence appears to be fluctuating,membrane is blocked quickly and membrane flux should be kept below 0.2 m 3 /m 2.d.
