藏羚羊脑组织胞红蛋白基因的表达 被引量:3

EXPRESSION OF CYTOGLOBIN GENES IN BRAIN TISSUE OF TIBETAN ANTELOPES

摘要 目的检测藏羚羊不同脑区脑组织胞红蛋白(CGB)基因的表达状况。方法选取藏羚羊海马、丘脑、小脑、额叶、顶叶、枕叶、颞叶、中脑组织,应用实时荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测CGB基因的表达、实时定量PCR相对定量比较CT法(2-△△CT法)分析结果。结果藏羚羊脑海马、丘脑、小脑、额叶、顶叶、枕叶、颞叶、中脑组织CGB基因的2-△△CT值分别为0.00、1.78、1.00、1.30、1.19、1.21、4.08、7.41。结论藏羚羊不同脑区脑组织CGB基因均有表达。藏羚羊脑组织CGB基因相对表达量由高到低依次为中脑、颞叶、丘脑、额叶、枕叶、顶叶、小脑和海马。 Objective Testing the different brain regions of brain cytoglobin(CGB)expression in Tibetan antelope.Methods Select the Tibetan antelope head horses,thalamus,cerebellum,frontal and parietal lobe,the occipital lobe,temporal lobe,the midbrain tissue and the cerebellar tissue.Using the real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR technology testing CGB expression,and with 2-△△CT method to analyze the results.Results Tibetan antelope,hippocampus,hypothalamus,cerebellum,frontal lobe,parietal lobe,occipital lobe,temporal lobe,the brain organization of CGB genes 2-△△CT values were 0.00、1.78、1.00、1.30、1.19、1.21、4.08、7.41,respectively.Conclusion The degree of CGB gene expression from high to low in turn was the midbrain,temporal lobe,thalamus,frontal and parietal lobe,the cerebellum,occipital lobe and the hippocampus,respectively.
