摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径(CNP)在门诊输液患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将1000例门诊输液患者随机分为两组,观察组500例运用临床护理路径在输液前、输液中、输液后对患者进行健康教育;对照组500例按传统的方式进行健康教育。对比观察两组患者的健康教育知识掌握程度、患者对护理的满意程度以及护理投诉率。结果观察组的健康教育知识掌握程度显著好于对照组(P<0.01),患者对护理的满意程度显著高于对照组(P<0.01),两组患者的护理投诉率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在门诊输液患者中应用临床护理路径开展健康教育,可以有效提高健康教育水平,改善护患关系,提高患者满意度,有利于提高医院窗口服务水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of applying clinical nursing pathway(clinical nursing pathway, CNP)in health education of outpatients undergoing transfusion. Methods 1000 transfusion outpatients were randomly divided into two groups,with 500 cases in the observation group and the other 500 in the control group. Health education was conducted to the observation group in CNP before,during and after infusion. The control group was ap- plied traditional health education. Results The observation group mastered health knowledge better than the control group( P 〈0. 01). They also had more satisfaction with nursing care( P 〈0. 01). No significant difference was found between care complaint rates of the two groups( P 〉0.05). Conclusion Applying CNP in health education of infusion outpatients can effectively improve health knowledge of patients, their satisfaction, the nurse-patient relationship and the window services of hospitals.
