弹性髓内钉治疗儿童长骨骨折31例临床分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨应用弹性髓内针内固定治疗儿童长骨骨折的疗效。方法选取31例在该院采用弹性髓内针治疗骨折患儿,其中6例采用小切口复位固定治疗技术,25例采用闭合复位弹性髓内针。结果所有患者通过2～8个月的治疗,治疗效果明显,长骨骨折均获得临床性愈合。结论采用弹性髓内针内固定技术是治疗儿童长骨骨折较为有效的方法,其主要适用于4～14岁的儿童长骨骨折,这种治疗方法具有微创、并发症少、康复较快等特点。
