摘要 构建能够求解三维应力的准三维有限元模型,进行基于渐进损伤的复合材料层合板强度预测。此方法能够合理地反映铺层次序和层间应力对最终失效强度的影响,形象地展现面内损伤以及层间损伤的产生及其扩展过程。用此方法模拟了多种铺层的无缺口层合板和带孔层合板在面内拉伸载荷作用下的损伤过程,并进行强度预测。计算结果表明,拉伸强度的预测值和实测值吻合较好。 A novel method to predict the strength of composite laminates is established depending upon a quasi-3D finite element model to analyze the three-dimensional stresses and progressive damages.It can reasonably represent the influence of stacking sequence and interlaminar stresses on final strength of composite laminates,and visually exhibit the occurrence and growth of in-plane and interlaminar damages.The method was used to predict the damaging process and the tensile strength of several specimens with and without hole.The calculation results indicates that the present prediction of the tensile strength is in good agreement with the test results.
