摘要
基于现有的直线压缩机流量调节方法,以耗功少、比功率尽可能低为目标,提出一种更为有效的流量调节方法——余隙行程综合调节法.通过分析和计算,对流量与行程及余隙的关系进行了研究,得到了流量调节时余隙和行程的最佳匹配方案.根据流量调节控制的要求,建立一套直线压缩机流量调节实验测试系统.通过数值计算和实验,分别对余隙容积调节法、行程容积调节法和余隙行程综合调节法的能耗进行了比较.计算和实验结果表明:采用余隙行程综合调节法时直线压缩机的比功率最低,验证了余隙行程综合调节法的可行性及其节能效果,且流量偏离额定流量越大,余隙行程综合调节法的优势越突出.
Based on the existing flow regulation methods for a linear compressor,a more effective flow regulation method was proposed by comprehensively regulating clearance and stroke at the aim of lower energy consumption and lower specific power.A detailed mathematical model was presented,then it was linked with an optimization algorithm to search for optimized clearance and stroke for a given flow.Based on a great deal of numerical calculations,it is found that both clearance and stroke have a good linear relationship with volumetric flow.Then an optimum matching scheme between clearance and stoke was formulated for the given flow.A test system of the linear compressor was established and the experiments were done for the proposed method,clearance capacity regulation method and stroke capacity regulation method.The calculations and experimental results demonstrated the feasibility as well as the effect of energy saving of the proposed method by the term of the lowest specific power.And the larger the deviation of the needed flow to the rated flow is,the bigger the superiority of the proposed method is over the existing regulation methods.
