基于Pro/E平台的自顶向下产品建模

摘要 针对传统的自底向上的参数化建模技术,介绍了基于Pro/E平台的自顶向下产品建模方法,研究了某发动机气门室罩的三维建模过程。通过应用自顶向下方法协调各模块间位置及接口关系,三维设计模块化分解可以显著提高气门室罩建模速度,实现了产品的并行设计,降低了模型的编辑难度,缩短了设计更改时间,提高了设计效率。 In terms of traditional parameterized mold design of bottom-up,product design method of top-down based on Pro/E platform was introduced and process of the 3D design on some engine valve mechanism cover was studied.Through the position and interface of module were harmonized with the top-down design method,the modularization modeling of camshaft-frame accelerates the 3D design.Thus,concurrent products design was accomplished,the valve mechanism cover model modification became easy,time of modification was shortened,and efficiency of designing was improved.
