摘要
“以港兴市、以市促港”是世界港口城市发展的共同战略．随着科技进步，历史上的“单港兴单审”、“此兴彼衰”向“群港兴群市”、“共兴共荣”转变．宁波市和宁波港理所当然的是长江三角洲地区以上海审、上海港为轴心的国际性特大城市带和上海国际航运中心的核心层成员．文章还对依靠科教提高宁波港、城建设的科技含量，促进可持续发展，提出了若干对策建议．
To Thrive the City by Relying on the Port and to Boost the Port by Relying on the City' is the common strategy of port city development in the world. As the advance of science and technology, the old concept of 'one port thrived one city' is chaping into'group ports thrive group cities. Ningbo with its port is naturally a core member of the exceptionally large international city belt based on Shanghai and its port. The paper also puts forward some suggestions coocerning more development of science and technology in the construction of the city and its port.
