摘要
目的 探讨大鼠脑淋巴引流在缺血性脑水肿发生、发展中的作用。方法 应用干湿重法和原子吸收光谱法分析大鼠局灶性脑缺血脑淋巴引流阻断前后缺血区脑组织的含水量、Ca2 + 含量的变化。结果 ①单纯局灶性脑缺血组 (MCAO组 )术后 2 4h、48h、72h缺血区脑含水量较术前明显增高 (P <0 .0 0 1)。局灶性脑缺血脑淋巴引流阻断组(MCAO +CLB组 )术后缺血区脑含水量较术前亦明显增高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,且与同一时间MCAO组相比增加 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。②MCAO组术后缺血区脑组织Ca2 + 含量增加 (P <0 .0 0 1)。MCAO +CLB组术后Ca2 + 含量与同一时间MCAO组相比增加 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论 脑淋巴引流参与缺血性脑水肿时水肿液的引流 ,当这一途径发生障碍时 ,可使脑缺血性损害加重。
Objective: To study the effect of cerebral lymphatic drainage of rat on the development of ischemic encephaledema Methods: The changes of ischemic brain tissue water content、Ca 2+ concentration were observed by the drywet weight and atomic absorption analysis before and after cerebral lymphatic blockage of regional brain infarct in rat. Results: ①Ischemic brain tissue water content increased significantly at 24h、48h、72h after MCAO in rats of simple middle cerebral artery occlusion group(MCAO group)(P<0.001)but was lower than that of MCAO+CLB group did at the above montioned time respectively after MCAO(P<0.001). ②The increase of brain Ca 2+ concentration of MCAO+CLB group was higher than those of MCAO group(P<0.05 or 0.01)did at same each time(P<0.001). Conclusion: Cerebral lymphatic drainage plays a part in drainage of edematous fluid of ischemic edema, and brain tissue damage will be mort severe when this pathway is blocked.
