摘要
【目的】探究盐穗木在盐胁迫下的生理特性变化。【方法】以新疆极端耐盐植物盐穗木为研究材料,测量盐穗木植株在不同NaCl浓度胁迫30 d后相关的生理指标(水势、O2-、SOD、CAT、MDA、电导率、叶绿素含量等)。【结果】盐穗木植株经300 mM盐浓度处理,超氧阴离子(O2-)含量、SOD活性及电导率呈现最低值;丙二醛(MDA)含量在300、500 mM盐胁迫下值较低,叶绿素含量较高,而且盐穗木植株在该浓度范围内生长良好,生物量高。而随着盐浓度增加脯氨酸(Pro)含量增高,水势呈现逐渐降低趋势。【结论】新疆盐生植物盐穗木的生长是需盐的,并具有较高的耐盐能力。
【Objective】The physiological responses of Halostachys caspica under salt stress w ere assayed.【Result】Results showed that the content of O2-and the activity of SOD displayed a lower efficient under 300 mM NaCl stress.The content of MDA and conductivi ty in the 300-500 mM NaCl stress showed a lower value,and the chlorophyll suggested a higher level.And in the range of NaCl concentration,the growth of H.caspica was good with a higher biomass.The Pro content and electrolyte leakage in the a ssimilating shoots of H.caspica gradually increased under NaCl stress,and wat er gradually declined;These results showed that the growth of H.caspica in Xinj iang had a requirement for salt and had a high salt tolerance.【Conclusion】These results cou ld also contribute to the further exploration of this promising species to amend saline soil and improve crop yield and resistance in stressed environments.
