摘要
明清医家汪昂撷取《素问》、《灵枢》的精要内容,分为九类加以整理,博采众家之长,又参合己见,编成《素问灵枢类纂约注》。全书以儒释医,通俗易懂;注解经文,质疑自释;精释运气,见解深邃;论述脏腑,颇多发明;阐释病机,指导临床;阐释治法,明确逆从,是汪昂研究《黄帝内经》的心血结晶,流传广泛,对后世影响深远。
Wang Ang,the physician of the Ming and Qing Dynasties,retrieved the essential contents from Plain Questions and Miraculous Pivot and divided them into nine categories.After summarizing other comments and integrating with his,he compiled the book Classified Compilation and Brief Comments on Plain Questions and Miraculous Pivot.He explained the medicine with Confucianism,easy to understand;he gave comments on the classic items and answered his own questions;he had fine interpretation and deep insight on the five phases and qi;he had quite a lot of new explanation on the internal organs;his interpretation of pathogenesis has a clinical guidance;he interpreted the therapeutic methods and specified the routine treatment and paradoxical treatment.All the above are the products of Wang Ang's study on Huangdi's Internal Classic,widely spread and have a far-reaching impact on the future generations.
