摘要
在煤燃烧过程中,利用固体废弃物进行燃煤固硫具有成本低,操作简单并能实现固体废弃物资源化、减量化等优点,所以探索研究固体废弃物的添加在燃煤过程中的固硫作用有实际意义。实验采用市政污泥、废弃牡蛎壳及其复合物为固硫添加剂,研究其在不同添加时对煤的固硫率的影响,并分析了固废减量化和灰渣的XRD变化情况,表明合理利用固体废弃物作为固硫剂具有可行性和应用价值的。
Using solid wastes as sulfur-fixed agent on combustion of coal is simple,feasible and economic effectiveness as well as reuse and reduce of the wastes,so it is of practical significance to study the performance of various solid wastes on sulfur-fixed agent during combustion of coal.This paper discussed the various performances of various sulfur-fixed reagents by using the compound of oyster shells and municipal sludge to be sulfur-fixed agents,and analyzed the reducing of the waste and the XRD of residue.The results indicated the rational utilization of solid waste as sulfur-fixed reagent was feasible and valuable.
