摘要
高职学院体育教学引入全纳教育理念,是提高体育教学效果是一种有益的尝试。实施全纳教育理念,高职学院需要加强对多样性、公平性、以人为本、因材施教以及创新性几个要素的认识,并注重加教师素养,以提高教育教学实效。
The introduction of inclusive education into higher vocational college physical education is a kind of beneficial attempt to enhance the effect of physical education. The implementation of inclusive education concept should strengthen the understanding on diversity, fairness, people - oriented, teach students in accordance with their aptitude and innovation, and pay attention to and quality of teachers in order to improve the teaching actual effect.
