摘要
采用水热法制备了ZnO,借助X-射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)和扫描电镜测试(SEM)对产物的晶型和形貌进行了表征,结果表明:所得样品为六方纤锌矿结构的花状纳米ZnO,花状纳米ZnO是由平均直径为200nm,平均长度为2μm的纳米棒组装而成。借助循环伏安以及恒流充放电测试对所得花状ZnO的电化学电容性能进行了表征,结果表明在充放电电流为2mA时,ZnO的放电比电容量可达55F/g。
The ZnO sample was synthesized via hydrothermal method.The structure of the resulting sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectra(IR) test and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the obtained sample is hexagonal zincite-structure flower-like ZnO particles assembled by rod-like nano-ZnO with the diameter about 200nm and length about 2μm.The electrochemical properties were researched by cyclic voltammeters(CV) and galvanic static charge/discharge(CD) methods.The specific capacitance of the nano-flower ZnO prepared by hydrothermal method was up to 55F/g at the current of 2mA.
