摘要 目的 探讨血清药理实验中血清供体动物的选择问题。方法 用MTT法检测不同种属的动物血清和人体自愿者的血清对 3T3细胞增殖的影响。结果 不同种属动物血清对培养细胞的细胞毒作用 ,似与其种属亲源有关。与其亲源最接近的动物血清最适于其生长 ,血清添加量达10 0 % ,尚可维持细胞正常生长 ,而与其亲源较远的动物 ,只有在低浓度下可维持细胞正常生长 ,血清加热灭活后细胞毒作用可以有所降低。结论 在选择含药血清的供体动物时 。 AIM Studying the selection of animals which provided serum when using serum pharmacological test method METHODS By MTT method, the serum of different animal species and human volunteers influenced the growth of 3T3 cells was studied RESULTS The results showed the serum toxicity to cultured cells was relevant to the animal species of serum The serum species close to the cultured cell species can make the cell grown well, the serum addition to the medium even can reach 100% whereas the serum species far from that only in low addition can maintain the cell growth The study also suggested if the serum was deactivated (in 56℃ water for 30 min), the toxicity to the cell would decrease CONCLUSION We should select the animals' species which provided serums closed to the cultivated cells
