爆胎汽车电动助力转向系统补偿力矩算法 被引量:3

摘要 针对电动助力转向(EPS)系统可以根据汽车运动状态和驾驶员输入自由设计助力转向力矩的特点,研究了爆胎汽车EPS系统补偿力矩算法。通过建立EPS系统模型和爆胎动力学模型,计算爆胎产生的方向盘冲击力矩,在EPS系统助力转向电流基础上加入补偿电流,从而衰减冲击力矩。通过仿真试验对爆胎补偿力矩算法进行分析和验证,结果表明控制算法可以有效地对爆胎产生的方向盘冲击力矩进行补偿,减少驾驶员由于爆胎产生的不适感。 The electric power steering(EPS) system is characterized by possibility o supplying variable assist steering torque according to the vehicle movement state and driver behavior.Based on this feature,a compensating torque algorithm was suggested for the vehicle with tire blow-out.The dynamic models were built for the EPS system and the tire blow-out,the impact torque on the steering wheel caused by the blow-out tire and ground was calculated.A compensating current was added to the EPS system assist steering current to attenuate the steering shocking by the impact torque.The algorithm was verified by simulation test,and the results showed that it can compensate effectively the impact torque on the steering wheel caused by the blow-out and improve the steering feel of driver.
