硅含量对热浸镀Zn-40%Al合金层凝固组织及耐蚀性的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Silicon Content on Solidified Structure and Corrosion Resistance of Hot-Dipped Zinc-40% Aluminum Alloy Coating

摘要 为了改善Zn-40%Al合金热浸镀层的性能,在Zn-40%Al合金中加入了Si,研究了不同硅含量对Zn-40%Al合金镀层凝固组织及耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:当硅含量在0.5%~1.5%时,随着硅的增加,镀层凝固组织中的铝硅共晶组织不断增多,富铝相晶粒不断被细化,富铝枝晶相排列越来越规则,镀层的耐蚀性不断增强;当硅达到2.0%时,镀层会出现漏镀缺陷;硅的加入能在镀层表面形成具有优良腐蚀性的Al3.21Si0.47,有利于镀层耐蚀性的提高。 Si was incorporated into hot-dipped Zn-40%Al alloy coating to improve the corrosion resistance.The effect of Si content on the solidified structure and corrosion resis-tance of the hot-dipped Zn-40%Al alloy coating was investigated.It was found that the amount of Al-Si eutectic in the solidified structure of Zn-Al alloy coating increased with increasing silicon content in a range of 0.5%~ 1.5%(mass fraction).Besides,the grains of Al-rich phases were refined,and the arrangement of Al-rich dendritic phases was better ordered.As a result,the corrosion resistance of the alloy coating was improved.As the content of Si in the alloy coating reached 2.0%,plating leakage was observed in the hot-dipped Zn-Al alloy coating.In general,the introduction of Si into the hot-dipped Zn-Al alloy coating gave rise to Al3.21Si0.47 phase with good corrosion resis-tance,which helped to improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy coating.
