IGF-I和IGF-IR在子宫内膜息肉中的表达及临床意义 被引量:11

The expression and significance of IGF-I and IGF-IR in endometrial polyps

摘要 目的:检测子宫内膜息肉胰岛素样生长因子-I(IGF-I)及其受体(IGF-IR)的表达,探讨子宫内膜息肉的发生机制。方法:前瞻性研究子宫内膜息肉患者40例,全部患者均接受宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术,切除息肉及周围正常内膜组织,采用免疫组化方法测定息肉组织和周围正常内膜组织中IGF-I、IGF-IR的表达水平。结果:IGF-I在息肉组的表达高于内膜组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),IGF-IR在息肉组及内膜组中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),息肉组IGF-I阳性细胞与IGF-IR阳性细胞表达无相关(P>0.05)。结论:子宫内膜息肉中IGF-I的高表达可能参与了子宫内膜息肉形成的病理过程。 Objective:To explore the pathogenesis of endometrial polyps,through detecting the expression of insulin-like growth factor I(IGF-I)and insulin-like growth factor-I receptor(IGF-IR)in endometrial polyps. Methods:Prospective study was performed for the 40 patients who had transcervical resection of polyps were rolled.Endometrial polyp and pieces of endometrium had been removed in all operations.Routine pathological diagnosis to all specimens and immunohistochemical staining studies for IGF-I,IGF-IR in endometrial polyp and endometrium. Results:Expressions of IGF-I were significantly increased in endometrial polyp group(P〈0.05),expressions of IGF-I R in the two groups show no significant difference(P〈0.05),the expression of IGF-I was negatively correlated with that of IGF-IR(P〉0.05). Conclusion:High expression of IGF-I may be involved in pathogenesis of endometrial polyps.
