摘要
为研究稀土芦丁配合物的结构和抑菌活性,以稀土金属镧(Ⅲ)的氯化物和芦丁为原料,在乙醇溶液中合成镧芦丁配合物。以二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为溶剂,在200~400 nm波长范围内对芦丁及配合物进行紫外光谱扫描,结果发现2个特征峰带分别发生了红移和蓝移。同时对配合物进行的傅里叶红外光谱分析显示,在614.88 cm-1处出现的特征吸收峰表明芦丁与稀土镧(Ⅲ)以La—O键的形式结合成配合物,结果与紫外吸收光谱分析一致。同时研究了配合物在pH值为5~7时,浓度为2×10-9~2×10-5mol/L范围的荧光强度变化。抑菌活性实验结果表明,稀土镧芦丁配合物的抑菌活性优于单独稀土镧(Ⅲ)离子和芦丁配体。将配合物用于纺织物的抗菌整理中,织物具有较强的抑菌活性。
A rare earth lanthanum-rutin complex was synthesized from rare earth metal lanthanum(III) chloride and rutin in ethanol solution in order to study the structure and antibacterial activity of the complex.Using dimethyl sulphoxide(DMSO) as the solvent,the rutin and its complex′s wavelength in the range of 200-400 nm was scanned by UV spectroscopy,and two characteristic peaks were found red shifting and blue shifting,respectively.And Fourier-transform-infrared(FT-IR) analysis of the complex shows that the characteristic absorption peak appears at 614.88 cm-1,indicating that the complex combining rare earth lanthanum(III) with rutin in the form of La—O bond.The result agrees with the analysis of ultraviolet-visible(UV) absorption spectrum.At the same time,the study of fluorescence properties of the complex shows the complex has a strong correlation of the changes of fluorescence intensity at pH of 5-7 with the concentration ranging from 2×10-9 mol/L to 2×10-5 mol/L.Antibacterial activity tests show that in the case of antibacterial activity,the lanthanum-rutin complex is superior to the rare earth lanthanum(Ⅲ) ion and rutin ligand.The fabric finished with the complex is rendered good antibacterial activity.
