摘要
为了减少煤矿企业胶带机减速机输入轴断轴现象的发生,针对潞安常村煤矿井下胶带机减速机的输入轴断轴进行了详细的分析。从设计计算、制造工艺、安装、使用等各个方面进行分析,找到了断轴的原因,并针对断轴原因提出了行之有效的解决办法。
In order to reduce the input shaft broken phenomenon occurred in the gearbox of the mine belt conveyor in the coal mine enterprises,according to the input shaft broken in the gearbox of the belt conveyor in the underground mine of Lu＇an mine enterprises,a detail analysis was conducted.The analysis was conducted on the design calculation,manufacturing,assembling,application and others.The causes of the shaft broken were found and the effective resolution was provided according to the shaft broken causes.
