摘要
目的:统计分析药品不良反应(ADR),了解其发生特点,提出合理性建议,促进临床合理用药。方法:通过对我院2010年6月—2011年7月上报的药品ADR报告进行回顾性统计分析。结果:111例ADR主要由抗菌药物、中药制剂引起的全身性损害及皮肤系统损害,引发ADR的主要用药途径是静脉注射。结论:加强ADR监测工作,加大ADR监测的宣传,促进合理用药,保障用药安全。
Objective：Statistically analyze the adverse drug reaction（ADR） to understand their occurrence characteristics,and propose reasonable suggestion,which promote clinical rational drug use.Methods：the reports of ADR from June 2010 to June 2011 of Sun Yat-sen memorial hospital,Sun Yat-sen university have a retrospectively statistical analysis.Results：111 cases mainly are the systemic damage and skin damage caused by the antibiotics and the Chinese herbal medicine.The main route of administration is intravenous.Conclusion：Strengthen monitoring and increase publicity of ADR to promote drug＇s rational and safe usage.
