摘要
目的研究CD44v6及VEGF在子宫腺肌病(AM)中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测45例子宫腺肌病患者在位内膜和异位内膜及35例子宫肌瘤在位内膜和异位内膜中CD44v6及VEGF的表达情况。结果①AM异位内膜和在位内膜CD44V6表达高于对照组(P<0.05);②AM异位内膜和在位内膜VEGF表达高于对照组(P<0.05);③AM异位内膜和在位内膜增生期和分泌期CD44V6和VEGF表达差异有显著性(P<0.05);④CD44V6与VEGF在子宫腺肌病异位内膜中的表达具有相关性(r=0.340,P=0.01)。结论CD44V6表达上调及VEGF血管生成活性的存在,两者协同作用可能促使了AM的发生和发展。
【Objective】 To study the expression and implication of CD44v6 and VEGF in adenomyosis(AM).【Methods】 CD44v6 and VEGF expression in eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium of 45 adenomyosis patients and 35 uterine fibroids patients were determined by immunohistochemical assay.【Results】 CD44V6 expression in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium of AM was higher than controls(P 0.05).VEGF expression in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium of AM was higher than that of control group(P 0.05);CD44V6 and VEGF expression in proliferative and secretory period were significantly different in AM ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium(P 0.05).There was a correlation between CD44V6 expression and VEGF expression in ectopic endometrium of adenomyosis patients(r =0.340,P =0.01).【Conclusion】 CD44V6 upregulation and angiogenic activity of VEGF may synergize to promote the initiation and development of AM.
