摘要
自身免疫性溶血性贫血(AIHA)是一类比较少见的异质性疾病。选择正确的治疗方案依赖于准确的病因诊断以及对发病机制的理解。AIHA的诊断主要依赖相关的实验室检查,而AIHA的实验诊断研究方面在近几年发展迅速。相对而言,AIHA的治疗方法研究方面进展缓慢,当前还没有一个得到公认的AIHA治疗指南。
Smnmary ：Autoimmune hemolytic anemia （AIHA） is an uncommon heterogeneous disease. The correct treatment scheme is dependent on appropriate diagnosis of causes and the understanding of pathological mechanism. The diagnosis of this disease is mainly dependent on the relative laboratory workups. Nevertheless, there has been a rapid development in laboratory diag- nostic investigation of AIHA. In contrast, the treatment method investigation has a slow development of AIHA. So far, there remains no publicly recognized AIHA treatment guideline.
