摘要
本文简要论述了农业科技进步与农民智力开发的关系 ,分析了我国农村教育和农民文化素质的现状 ,提出了大力发展我国农村教育 。
This paper discuesses the relation between agricultural science and technology progress and farmers' intelligence development ,and then analyses the situation of rural edacation in China and farmer' cultural quality.Finally,it puts forward the ways of developing rural education in China and improving farmers' cultural quality.
