沥青零剪切黏度的计算模型与方法比较 被引量:5

摘要 采用旋转黏度计采集几种沥青在不同温度下的黏度数据,绘制出流动曲线,按照Cross、Carreau流动模型及Lingo、Origin2种计算软件进行零剪切黏度的拟合计算。结果表明,沥青即使在高温条件下也表现出明显的非牛顿流体特征,相对Carreau模型,Cross模型对样本数据的拟合程度更高;同时,不同拟合方法对同一Cross模型进行拟合得到的模型参数有所不同,在材料性能定性表征方面合理性有异,相对Lingo计算方法,Origin软件可通过适当的初始赋值和迭代次数选择获得合理的模型参数,在沥青零剪切黏度的计算上更具有适用性和合理性。 A series of asphalt viscosities and flow curves were obtained in different temperatures with rotation viscosity meter, and two flow models(Cross, Carreau) and two calculation methods(Lingo, Origin)were used to fit these flow curves. Analysis shows that, asphalt owns an obvious non-Newton flow characteristic even in higher temperature,and the Cross model has better fit goodness than Carreau model in asphalt flow curves. Meanwhile,different fit calculation method has different fit result,for the same Cross model, data fit in Origin program has more feasibility and rationality by appropriate initial assignment and iteration cycles than Lingo calculation method.
