摘要
本文论述了减缓曲线轨道钢轨侧磨的综合防治途径:它采用系统、动态的轮轨相互作用观点,着手研究和分析钢轨侧磨的成因,探讨各种因素对钢轨侧磨的影响,通过在津浦干线建立的曲线试验段,全面调整了轨道几何参数、铺设中频热处理钢轨以及应用机车轮缘与地面固定涂油等综合性的对比试验和治理措施,由此取得了较为满意的减磨效果,从而延长了钢轨的使用寿命。 本文提供了大量的现场轨道动力与冲角的测试数据,轮轨接触几何外形和实际接触斑的测定分析,并采用实测横向力和冲角的乘积,以作为评价钢轨侧磨的相对指标,经理论分析和现场测试结果,均证明了上述综合性防治的有效性和科学性。 最后,本文提出相应的结论与建议,这对解决当前全路日趋严重的钢轨侧磨问题将具有现实的指导意义。
The paper is intended to describe the preventive counter measures for slowing down the side wear of rails. Based on the philosophy of systematic and dynamic wheel/rail interactions, the cause of rail aide wear has been studied and various factors which affect side wear are explored. On the Jin-Pu main line was set up a curve test section, where a series of comparision tests and renovating measures were taken such as overall improvement of track geometric parameters, laying of medium frequency heat-treated rails and installation of vehicle mounted or track side rail lubricators. Satisfactory results were achieved both the decrease of rail wear and extension of the rail sevice life.The article provides a great amount of field test data on track dynamic forces and angles of attack measurements, analyses of wheel/rail contact geometry and the actual contact spots. The product of transverse force and angle of attack measured in the field are used as a relative index in the evaluation of rail side wear. Results obtained from both theoretical analyses and field tests proved that the comprehensive preventive measures described above were effective and scientific.Finally, the article puts forward relevant conclusions and suggestions which may be instructive in tacking the growing serious problem of rail side wear which is getting across the railroad system at present.
