摘要
微机的应用推动了轨道衡的技术进步。本文从工作原理、微机应用、模数转换通道,供桥电源、传感器放大处理电路等五个方面介绍和论述动态电子轨道衡的一种新型微机控制系统。这种电控系统已在生产实际中应用。取得了:提高动态电子轨道衡的准确度和称量速度;降低整个系统随时间、温度、电压波动的漂移影响;提高抗干扰能力;实现以无开关逻辑判别方式进行动态计量,降低故障率;以及维护方便等效果。
The application of micro-computer to the railway track scale has made great technological progress. The paper introduces and discusses a new micro-computer control system for electromic motion weighing track scale in the five aspects of working principles, application of microcomputer, module convert channel, bridge power supply and load cell amplification circuits. The use of the micro-computer control system in production demontrates that it can increase the accuracy and speed of motion weighing operation, decrease the shift effect on the system as a function of time, temperature and voltage fluctuations, increase the capability of anti-interference, achieve motion weighing by logic identification without switches, easy maintenance and low error ratege.
