摘要 原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤（PTL）是指原发于甲状腺内淋巴组织的恶性肿瘤。PTL是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤，占所有甲状腺恶性肿瘤的0．6％～5．0％，在淋巴结外恶性淋巴瘤中所占比例不超过2％。根据欧美淋巴瘤分型修订方案（REAL分型）及2001年世界卫生组织（WHO）造血及淋巴组织肿瘤的分类标准将PTL进行区分，每类病理组织亚型构成独立的病种。
