定频双转子发电机的分数槽绕组选择和设计 被引量:1

摘要 所提出的定频双转子发电机可应用在变速恒频风力发电系统中,它具有效率高、功率密度高、成本低等优点。对该发电机进行了绕组设计,通过有限元软件对内转子/定子槽数分别为18/18、24/24、30/30、36/36和42/42的定频双转子发电机进行建模和分析,分析结果显示设计合理的分数槽绕组能有效减少空载反电势的谐波含量和定位力矩。 The proposed constant-frequency double-rotor (CFDR) generator was used in variable speed constant fre- quency wind power generation system, which had high efficiency, high power density and low cost. Five types of armature windings for double-rotor motor with outer PM rotor were designed. Finite element software was used for modeling and ana- lyzing the five of double-rotor motor with the number of inner rotor and stator slots were 18/18,24/24,30/30,36/36 and 42/42 respectively. The results verify that the proper fractional slot can reduce the total harmonic distortion (THD) of EMF and cogging torque effectively.
