摘要
基于空间矢量控制方法,采用电流、转速、位置三闭环控制策略,设计了永磁同步电动机伺服系统。采用旋转变压器检测转子的位置和速度,并利用DSP2812的16位外部数据总线一次型读入转子位置和速度信息,减少处理时间;采用线性差动变压器检测舵机位置,提高位置采样精度。实验结果表明系统具有较好的动、静态特性。
Based on the space vector control method, adopting the current, speed and position three-loop control strat- egy, a servo system of PMSM was designed. The position and speed of rotor were measured by the rotation transformer, and were read into DSP2812 by 16-bits extern data bus simultaneously, to reduce processing time. The angle of electromechani- cal actuator was detected by the linear variable differential transformer, which was of high precision. The results show that the designed system has good dynamic and static characteristics.
