摘要
扶正祛邪是中医大法、也是常法,由于疾病性质、地域、患者体质、医家用药习惯不同等因素,对扶正祛邪治法有不同的理解和应用经验。从时病扶正重在阳明、时病祛邪发表攻里两个方面,对俞氏治时病扶正祛邪思想作一探析。
The method of strengthening vital Qi and eliminating evils is a basic therapeutical principle of traditional Chinese medicine theory.As the nature of the disease,geography,constitution of patients,different drug use habits and other factors,ancient physicians have a different understanding and application experience of the method of strengthening vital Qi and eliminating evils.This paper analyses and discusses YU＇s method of strengthening vital Qi and eliminating evils when he treated exogenous fever diseases from two aspects,one is strengthening body resistance by replenishing yangming meridians,the other is eliminating pathogens by relieving the exterior and purging the interior.
