摘要
浅层水平井作业管柱下入过程中经常遇到管柱下入遇阻,甚至无法下入或者下入到目的层后井下工具无法正常工作的情况,因此有必要在作业管柱下入前对管柱的可下入性以及下入后井下工具的工作情况做出评估,尽可能减小风险。针对这些问题,文中采用有限元节点迭代方法对具有超长细比管柱的下入过程进行了分析,阐述了以测量数据和计算数据为依据的管柱下入过程的三维显示方法。结果表明,采用文章提出的方法不但可以对管柱的可下入性进行分析,而且实现了管柱下入过程的三维可视化。
The running process of the strings in shallow horizontal well encounter resistance frequently,even freeze-in or stop working when the downhole tools arrived the target stratum.Therefore,the tripability analysis of the strings and evaluation of downhole tools are necessary.To solve these problems,a finite element iteration method was applied to analyze the running process of the super slender strings,and a 3D display method was expounded on the running process based on the measurement data and computational data.The results showed that,the method implemented in this thesis could not only analyze the tripability of strings,but realize 3D visualization of the running process as well.
