摘要
起重设备作为工况企业里一种特种设备,其安全运行问题至关重要。起重设备发生故障的原因绝大多数都与其各主要组成部件的损伤有直接关系。在起重设备工作级别较高的工矿企业中,对各部件的参数变化及其对应的损伤状态采用实时监测方法,并在监测结果基础上分析部件的变形程度;同时利用解析方法对部件剩余寿命进行计算,最后将实时监测数据与计算结果进行综合分析,得到了各部件的损伤状态,从而实现有预见性的检修,避免非计划停机。
The safe work of Lifting equipment is very important as a kind of special equipment in many state enterprises. Fault has direct relation on main component damage of lifting equipment. In many state enterprises, the working level of lifting equipment is high. So, the related parameters and damage state of its main components must be monitored in real time and analyzes their deformation degree based on those data. At the same time, take analyze method to calculate the residual life. Last comprehensive analyze the real time monitored data and the calculated data to get the damage state of main component. Foresight overhaul can be realized and avoid the unplanned shutdown of equipment.
