摘要
在明确煤炭企业综合竞争力内涵基础上,根据客观性、系统性、可比性、可行性和动态性原则,基于转变发展方式理念,从资源保障、科技水平、安全生产、人力资源、规模-效益、资本运作、社会责任、环境保护8个方面,构建了煤炭企业综合竞争力评价指标体系,涵盖18个二级指标和41个三级指标。
On the basis of clarifying the connotation of coal enterprise comprehensive com- petitiveness, according to the principles of objectivity, systematicness, comparability, feasibility and dynamics, and based on the concept of changing development pattern, this paper has con- structed an evaluating index system for coal enterprise comprehensive competitiveness, covering the 18 grade-two indexes and 41 grade-three indexes from 8 aspects of resource safeguard, science and technology level, safe production, human resources, scale-efficiency, capital operation, so- cial responsibility, environmental protection.
